    Italian artist Giovanni Renica was born in 1808.

    Renica is one of the most significant artists from Brescia nineteenth century and one of the first Italians who traveled to the Middle East.

    His first training was with architect Rodolfo Vantini and from 1828 he attended the Brera Academy weaving a deep bond with the Cinnamon.

    The painter's style is characterized by a strong expressive immediacy, supported by the use of intense colors and special attention to the study of perspective.


    In 1841 the painter exhibited his most important works. The long journey to the East in the wake of the Milanese count Renato Borromeo, offered him the opportunity to make a sort of reportage d ' ima...
