    Hartmut "Haki" Ritzerfeld (born October 7, 1950 in Büsbach, zu Stolberg (Rhld.) is a German painter of neo-expressive, figurative pictures. Hartmut Ritzerfeld was trained as a window dresser from 1965 to 1968 before studying with Joseph Beuys (painting, object and action art) and Karl Kneidl (stage design) from 1969 to 1976 at the Düsseldorf Art Academy.

    In 1975 he became a master student of Joseph Beuys. This was followed by a study visit to Zurich. He then lived for a short time in Aachen and then moved back to Stolberg in his parents' house.
    Ritzerfeld has had a joint studio with his artist colleague Angelika Kühnen since 1994, first in Breinig, then in Stolberg-Vicht (European Art Court Vicht) and since 2012 in Stolberg-Büsb...
