    Irena Nowakowska-Acedanska, born on June 15, 1909 in Lviv, Ukraine, died on February 14, 1983 in Gliwice, Poland.

    She was a Polish graphic artist and painter, and pedagogue (teacher)

    In residence to the end of the war in Lviv, after a short stay in Tarnów, in 1946, she moved to Gliwice, Poland.
    In the years 1927–1932, she studied at the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Arts of the State Technical School in Lviv. She was apprentice of Kazimierz Sichulski and Ludwik Tyrowicz.

    She has prepared all the graphics in various graphic techniques, custom graphics, painting and wall painting, drawing and fabric, as well as exhibition projects.
