    Giordani was an Italian artist and painter who was active in France. He moved to Naples to study at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples. Later, he studied first in Venice and then, from 1908 to 1909, in Milan, with Cesare Tallone as his teacher. He found success in France in 1917, and then with his exhibitions in Paris. He arrived at Lake Como and the town of Lierna as a guest of some families of European nobility who were on vacation. There, he devoted himself to plein air painting of landscapes and views. He also painted views of Venice, Martigues and Cannes, Amalfi and Posillipo, places intoxicated with light, and as he said, "sung by poets, and visited by him in happy moments".
