    Jean Dols lived from 1909 to 1994. Jean went to Paris during World War II to create covers for various collections of books. He then lived for six months with Denoël's husband in Champs de Mars. Robert Denoël is a French publisher of Belgian origin, born in 1902 in Uccle. He collaborated with French publishers. Dols was a great admirer of Celine. Dols praised, Celine in November 1941 in the yellow book, about the nobility of the "hate" unique to the author. Denoël was murdered on December 2, 1945, under murky conditions. Jean Dols passed away in 1994.
