    A Spanish painter of abstraction who spends about half of his time in New York City, Juan Usle is described as doing paintings that are a "seemingly effortless combination of geometry and gesture" and have the "cleam, immediate feel of watercolors". (Rubinstein)

    Usle was born in Santander, Spain.
