    Krzysztof M. Bednarski - sculptor, born in 1953 in Krakow, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (in 1973-1978, in the studios of prof. Jerzy Jarnuszkiewicz and prof. Oskar Hansen), active in a variety of creative disciplines, once closely associated with the search paratheatrical Jerzy Grotowski, for which he designed posters (1976-1981). Since 1986 he has lived in Rome; intensively also present on the Polish art scene.

    In the early works referring to the communist propaganda (Total Portrait of Karl Marx, 1978.), and the socio-political situation in the Polish Martial Law (Victoria-Victoria, 1983., In the National Museum in Krakow). Best known for its realization is a sculptural installati...
