    Kurt Haase-Jastrow studied at the Academies of Berlin and Dresden, where his teachers were Eugen Bracht (1842-1921) and Oskar Zwintscher (1870-1916). From 1913, he took part in exhibitions and in 1920 received the Grand National Prize for Painting.

    Haase-Jastrow was a member of the German Association of Artists in Weimar, of the Association of Berlin Artists, of the National Association of Visual Artists of Germany as well as of the Free Association of Graphic Designers in Berlin. He was mainly active in Berlin-Charlottenburg and Ahrenshoop. (fea)...
