Li Lu-Ming was born in Hunan in 1957, and completed master's degree from Graduate School of China Art Academy in 1985. Currently he works as the Vice President and Editor of Hunan Fine Arts Publishing House, and frequently publishes art critique. Li's painting mostly surrounds with scenes of Cultural Revolution, which shows the world this iconic image in Chinese history.
