    Maurice Legendre was a noted French impressionist and sculptor, especially known for his Parisian and London landmark scenes. He was a pupil of Robert Couturier and Marcel Grimond. In 1954, Legendre won the Blumenthal prize and in 1965 he was awarded the Brantôme prize for sculpture.

    This artist specialized in Paris, French Riviera and North Africa scenes.
