He enrolled by the third studio of Department of Oil Painting, the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1994 and won the Luo Zhongli scholarship. He was also a visiting scholar in Georgetown University of Washington D.C. in 2011. His works are collected by Spanish Manuel art foundation, Today Art Museum, Huan Tie Times Art Gallery, Stars gallery, Guozijian museum and other private and public collectors at home and abroad.

Mengge Zhao was born in Henan and is now living in Beijing, working as a professional painter. Zhao is currently a member of the China Artist Association. He graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts Attached School in 1994, during which he won Taiwan Cishan scholarship.
He enrolled by the third studio of Department of Oil Painting, the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1994 and won the Luo Zhongli scholarship. He was also a visiting scholar in Georgetown University of Washington D.C. in 2011.
