Nicolai Mokrow was an honored artist of the Russian Federation who studied at Vladimirsky College of Arts under several notable artists. He worked as a graphic designer for various companies before becoming a regular exhibitor at regional, zonal, republican, and All-Union exhibitions. He also participated in selling exhibitions organized by The Art Show for export of USSR State Art Collection in various countries.
