In 1881 she decided to move to Paris, where she met artists like Käthe Kollwitz, Louise Breslau and Maurice de Vlaminck. In 1890 she finally became a member of the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts. Although she established herself in Frankfurt am Main in 1890, she was regularly represented at the Paris Salon since 1883. In Frankfurt, however, she was soon connected with protagonists such as Ludwig Meidner, Karl Schmitt-Rottluff and Alexej von Jawlensky. In 1907... Read full biography
