    Otto Lang-Wollin was a Pomeranian landscape painter who dedicated his life to the town of Wollin on the island of the same name. He attended art schools in Kassel and Berlin before settling in Wollin in 1902, where he became an art teacher at the local high school. Lang-Wollin was a member of the Berlin Secession, participated in the World's Fair in Ghent in 1913, and co-founded the Pomeranian Artists' Association in 1916. He held a teaching position at the King William Gymnasium in Stettin from 1931. Lang-Wollin's artistic focus was on capturing the landscapes of Pomerania, and he was known for his dedication to Wollin as his chosen home."Otto Lang, a Pomeranian landscape painter," reprinted in: Unser Pommerland, 1927, Issue 6....
