    Perch Aknuni was born on December 4, 1921, in Constantinople, Turkey. After 1932 his family moved to Armenia.

    In 1941 he graduated from Yerevan Fine Arts College after P. Terlemezyan, and in 1957 from Yerevan Fine Arts and Theatre Institute. Favorite genre is landscape. Since 1954 his works have been shown in various exhibitions. He died on May 3,1991.
    The works are kept in the National Gallery of Armenia , a number of galleries, archives and collections.
