    Peter Moog was a German artist born in 1932 in Kempfenbrunn/Spessart, Germany. He studied at the Kunsthochschule Kassel with Fritz Winter and Arnold Bode from 1952-1958, and later became an assistant to Bode at the same institution. After obtaining his state examination for the teaching profession in 1958, he worked as a freelance artist in Kassel, initially as a trade fair designer and participating in documents 1 and 2. He held a teaching position at the Werkkunstschule Dortmund from 1961-1962, and from 1966-1994 he was a teacher and later a professor at the Fachhochschule Dortmund. He was also a juror for the "Salon du Printemps" in Luxembourg from 1985 onwards. The artist undertook study trips to Greece, Turkey, Egypt, and Algeria, and ...
