Born in Stamford, Connecticut on April 8, 1946, he was the Son of the late Kenneth T. and Elizabeth (Mullen) Vincent. He had resided in Riverside, Connecticut for many years before moving to Rockport in 1958.
Peter was a freelance artist specializing in marine painting. He was a graduate of the New England School of Art and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
