Chen Qiucao (1906-1988) Born in Qin County of Zhe Jiang Province, Chen Qiucao grew up in Shang Hai. He likes painting in his childhood, left West Painting Department of Shang Hai Fine Art School without graduation in 1925 and worked as a title decorating stuff in Shang Hai Superstar Movie Company or a designer in marble industry. In 1928 he established the First Employee Amateurish Art Research Party and White Goose Painting Graduate School at Si Chuan Road together with Pan Sitong and Fang Xuejiu, taught and trained art talent.
