Obituary for Robert Eugene Pierce

Robert Eugene Pierce, Age 76, Portland OR, passed away on November 27 th surrounded by friends and family after suffering from Leukemia. Robbie "RE" Pierce was born on August 4th in Portland, Oregon to Jeanne and Eugene "Buck" Pierce. After he graduated from David Douglas High School in 1966, he volunteered to enlist with the US Marine Corps. Robbie served with the Marines in Vietnam and was enlisted from 1970 – 1973.

Upon returning from Vietnam, Robbie played baseball for Portland State University, and Lewis and Clark University while pursuing his education in Art and History. After finishing his time with school and baseball, Robbie went on to begin his career as a professional artist ...
