About Robert Beck

  • Biography

    Robert Beck (b.1950) has lived most of his life in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He attended the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia where he developed his realistic style under with the influence of the faculty masters including Peter Paone.

    Over the last fifteen years, his work has been exhibited in numerous solo, group and juried exhibitions. Two significant museum shows include the 1999 exhibition of thirty-seven paintings at the James A Michener Art Museum Doylestown, PA., and the 2007 retrospective exhibit at Ellarslie, the Museum of the City of Trenton, New Jersey. Beck has lectured at the Hunterdon Museum of Art and the Michener Museum, taught at the Lawrenceville School and at Artworks in Trenton, and...
