    Rudolf Jettmar (1869-1939) was an Austrian painter and printmaker. He studied at the Viennese Academy of Arts and also worked as a professor for graphics later. Since 1898, he was a member of the ‘Wiener Secession’.

    Rudolf Jettmar was influenced by the art of Max Klingers and just like him he represented the art of Symbolisms. Other artist of that art trend were Arnold Böcklin, Pierre Bonnard, Edvard Munch and others.
