    Ryszard Wasko is a Polish artist born in 1947. He was one of the leading representatives of the Film Form Workshop, which was founded by students of the Film School in Lódz in 1970. Wasko combined his passion for painting and photography with a filmmaker's workshop, creating avant-garde works aimed at experimenting with video and installation art. His works are characterized by intergeneral and intermedia relations.

    In the first decade of the 21st century, Wasko returned to research and experimenting with the relationship between painting and photography.
