Shantia Zaker Ameli was born in 1980 in Isfahan, Iran and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Painting from Isfahan University of Art and a Master's in Art Study from Tehran University. He has shown at Etemad Gallery in Dubai and Tehran, XVA Gallery in Dubai, Darat Al-Funoon in Kuwait and Artspace in London recently in group and solo exhibitions. His paintings have been featured in Christie's Dubai auctions. Zaker Ameli's body of work is wholly figurative and essentially nostalgic.
