    Walter Gilman Page — artist and writer — was born on October 13, 1862 in Boston, MA and died on March 24, 1934. A painter of portraits, landscapes, and still life, Page worked in Boston, Nantucket, and Paris. The Boston Art Club lists his addresses as Paris in 1889; 90 Westland Avenue, Boston in 1891 and 1894; Sharon, MA in 1905; Fenway Studios, Boston, MA in 1906; and 310 Fenway Studios in 1907. Page is also listed as living in Nantucket, MA in 1929.

    Page studied at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School and was the pupil of Gustave Boulanger (1824-1888) and Jules Lefebvre (1836-1911) at ...
