Glass was particularly fond of painting Iona and often painted alongside other artists like Maclauchlan Milne, Cadell, and Peploe. He refused to teach and dedicated his time to painting, expressing concern for the financial struggles of many painters. Glass's work was exhibited at prestigious institutions and he often signed his pieces with his initials 'WMG'....
