Though his body of work is largely comprised of the Southwestern vista, he enjoys painting land- and cityscapes from all over the globe. Walters has long had an eye--and desire--for art. Though his body of work is largely comprised of the Southwestern vista, he enjoys painting land- and cityscapes from all over the globe. Walters has long had an eye--and desire--for art.
