Her works are accomplished through a painstaking technique of using photographic images combined with pastels, charcoal, colored pencils, or watercolors to create impressions and photo-realistic illusions. In recent years, she has worked within the medical community to explore the use of art to promote healing and to relieve patients’ pain and stress. Clark, who was born in New Orleans on September 12, 1950, currently resides in Mandeville.
