Born Bancroft Putnam Biggs, "Bud" Biggs studied art at the Pratt Institute and was a watercolor teacher for thirty years as well as a successful commercial artist in Dallas, Texas. Bud taught a regular Thursday night class at his residence in Richardson, Texas and in Cloudcroft, New Mexico during the summer. Bud also conducted seminars around the world.
