She studied at the Vancouver School of Art under Jack Shadbolt and Fred Amess. She studied at the Vancouver School of Art under Jack Shadbolt and Fred Amess. A landscape, figurative and still life painter and illustrator she worked primarily in oil, and her subjects included impressionistic landscapes, abstracted urban scenes, children and floral settings.
