He exhibited 145 works at Suffolk Street in London from 1843-79, 4 at the Royal Academy (1845-72), and at the New Watercolor Society. He was an early member of the Langham Sketching Club, and two of his watercolors of Wales are in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
