Edmond Charles Joseph Yon (France, 1836 - 1897) was a French painter known for his landscape paintings and as engraving. A pupil of Pouget and Lequesne, Yon made his debut at the Paris Salon in 1865 with his engravings for the works of Victor Hugo. He also engraved the landscapes of the Barbizon painters, notably, Corot, Millet, Guillemet, Van Marcke de Lummen and Vernier.
