He is also the father of the history painter Wilhelm von Wörndle (1863-1927). He is also the father of the history painter Wilhelm von Wörndle (1863-1927). In 1846, along with his brother August von Wörndle (history painter and Nazarenes, 1829-1902), studied at the Academy in Vienna with Josef von Führich, Franz Steinfeld and Thomas Ender. From 1855-56, the artist took study trips to Palestine and Syria. From 1856-59, worked with a travel grant to study in Rome, and from 1859 in Innsbruck. He is also the father of the history painter Wilhelm von Wörndle (1863-1927). In 1846, along with his brother August von Wörndle (history painter and Nazarenes, 1829-1902), studied at the Academy in Vienna with Josef von Führich, Franz Steinfeld and Thomas Ender.
