Felix Burgers was a German artist who studied in Stuttgart and Karlsruhe with Otto Reininger and Ludwig Schmid-Reutte respectively. He was a co-founder of the Dachau artists' group and a member of the Munich artists' society Allotria. Burgers deepened his studies with Adolf Hölzel in Dachau. He met his wife, Gertrud Laurenz, in Schmid-Reutte's studio. Burgers was also a jury member of the Munich Secession.
