She was wed to Menno Schrock from 1927 until his death in 1943; in 1953 she married James K. Barnett. She was a resident of Modesto, CA until the late 1980s and then moved to San Francisco. Mrs. Barnett died there on July 13, 1995. Her oils, watercolors, acrylics, and serigraphs won many prizes in local shows.
