Israel Hershberg was educated at the Brooklyn Museum School and he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Pratt Institute and his M.F.A. from the State University of New York in Albany. Israel Hershberg was educated at the Brooklyn Museum School and he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Pratt Institute and his M.F.A. from the State University of New York in Albany. He currently is the artistic director of the Jerusalem Studio School in Israel which he founded.
