He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Born in San Francisco, California on February 19, 1951, he grew up in the Westlake neighborhood of Daly City. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Born in San Francisco, California on February 19, 1951, he grew up in the Westlake neighborhood of Daly City.
