Kaye Pool was born on June 13, 1912, in Des Moines, Iowa. She studied with Fred Rigley, Adolph Shulz and Leota Loop, and painted landscapes in oil, watercolor and pastels. She exhibited with the Ft Wayne Women's Club, Owen County Artist League, the Indiana State Fair and the Hoosier Salon, and taught at her home studio.
