Steen is perhaps best known for his work on the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts in conjunction with the Danish sculptor Per Palle Storm. Steen is perhaps best known for his work on the Norwegian National Academy of Fine Arts in conjunction with the Danish sculptor Per Palle Storm.
