He was the Founder member of the Delhi Shilpi Chakra in 1948. In 1962 he became the Art Director of the Triveni kala Sangam, New Delhi of which he was also the Founder Member. He was the Founder member of the Delhi Shilpi Chakra in 1948. In 1962 he became the Art Director of the Triveni kala Sangam, New Delhi of which he was also the Founder Member. He was the recipient of National and International awards. He made a mural 200ft to 50ft at Moscow for an exhibition organized by the Govt. of India.
