His artistic work embraces a wide range of media, including paintings in oil, tempera, watercolor, gouache, as well as wood engravings, drawings and lithographs. Ludovic-Rodo published his first wood engravings in the anarchist journal Le Pere Peinard in 1894, and later that year joined his father in Belgium during the anarchist upheavals.
