Marc taught himself artistic techniques from an early age and was influenced by Cézanne, Piero della Francesa, Bruegel, Bosch, Rembrandt, Flaubert, Kafka, Beckett, and Dante. Fehr's work focuses on everyday life and he cultivates classic genres in his paintings. He prefers monumental formats and disrupts hierarchies by reversing proportions.
