He is inspired by the stories of the fur traders, and how they civilized America. His goal is to help them get credit for it. Abram has been interested in art since childhood, and slowly entered the field through commercial art after high school. In 1981, he received gold awards for mixed media at the George Phippen Memorial Day Show, and for best show and best watercolor in the American Indian and Cowboy Artist show. He...
