Raffaele Lattuada was born in Milan, Italy in 1936 and attended Brera Academy and the School of the Castello. After a stay abroad, he began his artistic career participating in various avant garde movement in the Milanese area: nuclear, spatialism, abstract art, etc. Lattuada's work was shown in exhibitions in national and foreign art galleries, and two monographes ( 1976 and 1993 ) depict the continuous pursuit typical of all his work. After a stay abroad, he began his artistic career participating in various avant garde movement in the Milanese area: nuclear, spatialism, abstract art, etc. Lattuada's work was shown in exhibitions in national and foreign art galleries, and two monographes ( 1976 and 1993 ) depict the continuous pursuit typical of all his work. Since the 1990's, he has been living and working in Lunigiana ( between Tuscany and Liguria ) where he creates stainless steel assemblage-sculpture ( space archaeology), making his cosmic vision come true, as already extensively described in all his pictorial work.
