Robert Weber, whose elegant and witty cartoons about the privileged and the self-involved were staples of The New Yorker for 45 years, died on Oct. 20 in Branford, Conn. He was 92. Robert Weber, whose elegant and witty cartoons about the privileged and the self-involved were staples of The New Yorker for 45 years, died on Oct. 20 in Branford, Conn. He was 92.
