During the 1940s and 1950s he taught at both schools as well as the San Francisco Academy of Advertising Art. He abandoned lithography in the late 1930s. During the 1940s and 1950s he taught at both schools as well as the San Francisco Academy of Advertising Art. He abandoned lithography in the late 1930s. Most of his years in California were spent as a resident of Oakland where he died in 1976. His works are often semi-abstract. He was a member of: San Francisco Art Association.
