Zena Assi was born in Tripoli, Lebanon in 1974. At present, she lives and works in Beirut, Lebanon. She graduated from the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts, Beirut in 1997 before going on to work at the Beirut branch of Saatchi and Saatchi. She has participated in the salon d'automne of the Sursock museum Beirut Lebanon, since 2005 where she received the prize 'mention speciale du jury' in 2009. She graduated from the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts, Beirut in 1997 before going on to work at the Beirut branch of Saatchi and Saatchi.
