Neil died as the direct results of esophageal cancer which he fought valiantly. For the last few years, Neil lived in the city of Courtenay on Vancouver Island, Canada. Neil died as the direct results of esophageal cancer which he fought valiantly. For the last few years, Neil lived in the city of Courtenay on Vancouver Island, Canada.
