Born and raised in Michigan, Susan Guy first experienced Wyoming in 1991 when she traveled to Yellowstone on vacation with her husband. She fell in love with the light and color of the West and made it the subject of her paintings. She now resides in Buffalo, Wyoming, and is a signature member of the American Academy of Women Artists.
