Graham) was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and died in Victoria, British Columbia, where he had lived since 1951. Graham was the founding Director of the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria where he worked for 22 years (1951 – 1973). After retiring he had a prolific career as a painter.
