While studying at the Corcoran, Euler became a member of the Washington Art Club and the Washington Landscape Club. Euler met his future wife, Frances, during his time in Washington. In 1919 Euler and his wife moved to Provincetown, Massachusetts. Euler studied with Charles Webster Hawthorne at the Day's Lumberyard Studios on Pearl Street in Provincetown, MA.
